Rita Welch

Rita D. Welch, Receptionist, joined the Downey McGrath Group, Inc. in January 1998.

Prior to joining the government affairs firm she served as 

Receptionist / Human Resources Assistant for Capitol Concierge,  Inc., a corporate concierge service for commercial buildings.

Rita is responsible for answering telephones and directing calls and messages to appropriate staff, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support.

Rita Welch has over twelve years of experience in the private sector, working as an accounting assistant for more than nine years and a receptionist / human resources assistant for three years.
